A report from Ameren Missouri that states the city of Columbia can use the company’s right of way for a proposed transmission line in north Columbia received about eight minutes of discussion from the city council Monday night as some members feel big questions about the route are still unanswered.The city paid Ameren $10,000 to conduct a study to establish the feasibility of using the company’s existing rights of way for a city project to install high-voltage
