Paul Henry meets with property owners along Mark Twain Transmission Line

Paul Henry, with the Denlow & Henry Law Firm, recently met with property owners affected by the Mark Twain Transmission Line in a series of informational meetings held in Kirksville, Lancaster and Bethel. The meetings were organized by the group opposing the project – Neighbors United Against Ameren’s Power Line. The purpose of the meeting was to provide owners with information relating to Ameren’s efforts to acquire easements through option agreements and the alternative of waiting for eminent domain proceedings.
