MoDOT is planning a new interchange at I-55 and Route PP at Scott City in Scott County. The proposed interchange would provide access to south Scott City, and access from I-55 to Kelso. The new interchange will also relieve congestion at the I-55/K/M/Route 61 interchange. The two alternative designs for the interchange include constructing the interchange near the Route PP crossing.
